Arrival
There are a number of points to look out for on arrival:
- Is your accommodation in good condition?
- Report any damages missing and defects within 2 hours after arrival at the reception.
Parking
Depending on your accommodation you can park a car at the accommodation. Please check the information at your booked accommodation. Other cars can be parked on the central parking lot.
Traffic rules
We kindly ask you to drive on the park at a walking pace (max. 10km/h). Please respect the signs. Children always have priority.
Pets
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and walked outside the park. Any accidents should be cleaned up immediately. Dogs are allowed on the Beach North and Beach South pitches. Dogs are not allowed on the beach or in the water.
Sanitary
Hot showers are free of charge.
Garbage
Please dispose of your garbage separately in the containers on the site. The recycling centre is located at the swimmingpool and at Beach Noord, near the harbor.
Safety and nuisance
Our park has an AED and people who are trained in it. You will find an AED in the Plaza and the harbor office.
Open fire or the use of a fire basket is not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed when using an electric or gas barbecue. Place the barbecue at a sufficient distance from the camping equipment and provide sufficient water or a fire extinguisher next to the barbecue. Barbecuing on the wooden decking is not allowed

Check-in at EuroParcs Zuiderzee
Welcome to EuroParcs Zuiderzee, where you can enjoy a relaxing stay on Lake Veluwe. During reception opening hours, you can easily check in at the park reception.
Arriving outside reception opening hours? You can make use of a key safe. We kindly ask you to inform reception of your expected arrival time in advance so that your arrival can be arranged smoothly.
If applicable, you will receive the necessary access information before your arrival.
We recommend that you check your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival for completeness and any possible damage. If you notice any issues regarding the inventory, cleanliness or the accommodation itself, please report them to reception within 2 hours of arrival.
If any damage or defects occur during your stay, please report them to reception as soon as possible. This allows us to assist you quickly and ensure your stay remains as pleasant as possible.

If you are unable to check out at reception, please place your key in the mailbox of the key safe.

- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

What does Flexibility Guarantee mean?
Are you doubting whether to book a vacation right now? You don't have to, because with EuroParcs you stay flexible! Thanks to flexible bookings, we offer you many advantages. You can add the flexibility guarantee to your booking when making a reservation, under ‘upgrades’.
For a small additional charge to your booking, you get the option to make a one-time free change to:
- Another date
- Another accommodation
- Or even another vacation park
This must be available. Should the new reservation be more expensive than the previously made reservation, the additional amount will have to be paid. If your new reservation is cheaper, you will not receive any money back.
You pay no rebooking fee - only the Rebooking Guarantee itself.
This way you stay in control of your vacation, without any extra worries or surprises.

We have several charging stations on the park, the charging stations (8 of them) are located at the reception and indicated on the map.

Dogs are welcome on our park, but must be kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed on our beach. Ask at reception where in the area dogs are welcome on the beach, such as Harderwijk. There is a forest opposite the park with a pond where dogs can swim.

There is a fishing jetty in the harbour where fishing is allowed. You need a fishing license. You can order this online.

Biddinghuizen, close to holiday park EuroParcs Zuiderzee, regularly hosts major events and festivals. Think of Opwekking, Defqon and of course Lowlands. From 2024, Funky Beach will also return. Keep an eye on the EuroParcs website and check our events page for special offers and packages, such as bus transport from the holiday park to the festival site. Our holiday homes are perfect if you want to enjoy a luxurious stay during one of these festival weekends.
